Peter Blaxill
Peter Blaxill is a retired theater professional. As an actor he has appeared On-Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off Broadway, The Kennedy Center in DC, in Stock, and extensively in Regional Theatre.
Inspired by the language of Shakespeare (in which he had roles in ten plays) he began trying to write poetry a number of years ago and has been writing ever since. He has taken workshops with William Packard, Pearl London, Colette Inez, and David Trinidad, among others.
His poems have been published in The First Literary Review-East, and in The New York Quarterly, as well as in the anthologies of The Riverside Poets, The Jefferson Market Library, and The Brownstone Poets.
